
Born in England, Mark has
spent the better part of 20 years of in Asia, and is now truly
integrated with the Chinese culture.
An accomplished player in
the Hong Kong movie business, Mark has appeared in over 60 films and
has also worked behind the scenes as Stunt Coordinator and Stunt
Director.
And yet it is definitely
not in the world of make believe that Mark enjoys his greatest fame!
He is well known as a serious martial artist, Hung Gar Kuen Kung Fu, a
reputation borne out of his training under the legendary master Lau
Kar Leung of Drunken Monkey fame.
Marks' own students roster
already spans the globe and his latest training school in Southern
China is causing a stir with its new and innovative programs and is
also the source for his stunt troupe who travel the globe to give
demonstrations as well as act in his series of DVD movies.

Sammy Lau is the youngest
member of the Lau clan. He is the nephew of Lau Kar Leung, and Lau Kar Wing.
Where his two uncles
were stars of Shaw Brothers films, Sammy however ended up starring in
many low budget films.
He made his film debut in
'The Four Shaolin Challengers' and also worked with Jackie Chan as one
of the stars of '36 Crazy Fists' which Chan choreographed.
Sammy starred in two
Bruce-alike films with the most popular Bruce-alike, Bruce Li.
In 1979, Sammy fought Hwang
Jang Lee in 'Dragon's Claws'. After co-starring with brother Gordon
from Shaolin, Sammy took a break from films.
